Published By: scottostler

On May 10th, Jessica Mor was a speaker at the OTLA Spring Conference in Toronto.

Jessica’s discussion focused on Justice Arbitrage: How the CMPA Profits off PJI.

She provided a review of the law concerning PJI and a breakdown of recent case law, including Aubin v Synagogue and Jewish Community Centre of Ottawa (2023 ONSC 3926).

The conference was a great success providing the opportunity for members to hear and learn from experienced trial lawyers.
