We would like to congratulate Ruth Wellen and Brent Mendiola, Osgoode Hall Law School’s team in the 2019 OTLA Cup, for their excellent performances at this year’s OTLA Cup. Ruth won Best Examination in Chief and Best Overall Advocate.
The OTLA Cup is a trial moot organized by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. This year, the OTLA Cup was held in Kingston, with students from six law schools participating. Student performed a mock trial before a real judge, gaining valuable feedback and experience.
Ryan and Ngai On Young were the team’s coaches.
